New Features¶
Permission Profiles: Expand and Collapse All Groups¶
The “Permission Profiles” tab now includes a global expand/collapse button in the toolbar.
Functions - expand or collapse all group rows with one click - automatic reset of the state after reloading
Permission Profiles: ESS User Identification¶
Users who only have ESS permissions are now automatically marked with an “ESS User” badge in the user list.
Identification is performed on the server based on the assigned roles and direct user permissions.
Permission Profiles: Excel Export¶
A new Excel export is available in the “Permission Profiles” tab.
The export contains all permission profiles and assignments across all sections.
Export information - permission profile - type - entry - value - assignment status (Yes/No)
The Excel file is fully prepared by the backend and then provided for download.
Employee Master Data: Activate, Deactivate and Delete Users¶
New management functions for linked user accounts are available in the “Account/Roles” tab.
New actions - activate or deactivate users - delete users
Both actions include: - a confirmation prompt - protection against double-clicking - permission validation
Bug Fixes¶
Open Requests with an End Time of 00:00¶
An issue affecting the display of open requests has been fixed.
Requests with an end time of 00:00 (midnight) are now displayed correctly in the scheduler.
