New Display Management¶
With this update, the display management has been completely modernized.
The new interface provides a much simpler, faster, and more intuitive way to manage displays and screen content.

New Dialog Generation & Migration of Additional Core Areas¶
Several central administration dialogs have been fully modernized and migrated to the latest standard interface.
This includes: - Planning Areas – Definition - Planning Areas – Workplaces - Workplaces – Qualifications - Weekly Working Time Model - Planning Area – Parameters - Rule Checks - File Upload / Import - Employee Groups
The new dialogs provide: - modernized usability - improved filtering and search - consistent permission handling - better performance - unified design and behavior
New Features¶
Qualification Bundles¶
This update introduces Qualification Bundles.
Qualification bundles allow multiple related qualifications to be grouped together and assigned collectively to employees.
Features - create, edit, and delete qualification bundles - manage multiple qualifications within a bundle - define a primary qualification - configure rules within a bundle - assign or remove bundles for employees
Special behavior - included qualifications are automatically applied - qualifications from bundles are visible in the employee qualification grid - bundled qualifications cannot be removed individually from the employee
New “Messages” Tab in Employee Master Data¶
Employee Master Data has been extended with a new “Messages” tab.
This tab centrally displays communication history per employee: - Email - SMS - WhatsApp
Improvements - status badges directly in the grid - detailed message view - clearly structured technical response information - improved data handling to avoid duplicates
New Bulk Actions in Employee Master Data¶
Existing bulk actions have been extended.
New bulk action types - Assignment Workplace - Organizational Unit - Manage Qualifications
Manage Qualifications The new bulk action allows qualifications to be maintained for multiple employees simultaneously.
Supported functions - update priorities - set initial assignment date - manage expiration dates - restrict updates to existing qualifications only
After execution, users receive detailed feedback about: - updated entries - newly created entries - skipped entries
Training Management: Excel Import¶
A new Excel import has been introduced for training management.
Training data can now be imported directly via Excel files.
Benefits - standardized import structure - simplified data transfer - foundation for future import format extensions
Improvements¶
New Dashboard Filter Logic¶
The dashboard filter logic has been enhanced and improved.
This enables more targeted analysis and evaluation of displayed data.
Configurable View Visibility in Operational Planning¶
The visibility of views in operational planning can now be controlled through permissions.
This allows different roles to see only relevant views.
Improved Resize Function in Planning¶
The resize functionality for activities and shifts has been improved.
This prevents incorrect times or accidental full-day assignments.
Planning Areas – Workplaces¶
The new dialog version includes several improvements.
New features - integrated search function - visible full hierarchy path - display of linked qualifications - toggle between workplaces and qualifications - quick expand/collapse mode
Workplaces – Qualifications¶
The workplace qualification management has been completely modernized and integrated as a native interface.
The previous iframe-based solution has been replaced.
Rule Checks¶
The rule check administration has been functionally and visually modernized.
Improvements - consistent filtering - improved date handling - enhanced usability - modernized interface - optimized localization
Planning Areas – Definition¶
The planning area management has been fully modernized.
Highlights - interactive tree structure - expand/collapse functionality - inline editing - hierarchical sorting - drag & drop support - progress indicator during recalculation
Weekly Working Time Model¶
The administration interface for weekly working time models has been modernized and integrated as a native interface.
Supported functions - sortable and filterable tables - create, edit, and delete - layout persistence per user - permission handling - extended model parameters
Planning Area – Parameters¶
The parameter management has been improved both ergonomically and functionally.
Improvements - improved filtering - optimized display of long parameter names - tooltips for full content - improved input forms - optimized scrolling behavior
Employee Groups¶
A new administration dialog for employee groups is now available.
Employee groups can now be: - viewed - edited - maintained - deleted
File Upload / Import¶
The file upload functionality has been modernized and fully integrated.
Additional improvements include: - qualification imports - duplicate qualification handling - existing assignment handling - more robust processing
Vacation: Additional Information with New Permission Logic¶
Permission handling for additional information in the Vacation tab has been improved.
As a result: - sections are only displayed if permission exists - unnecessary permission errors are avoided - editing is properly linked to edit permissions
Bug Fixes¶
Employee Creation: Dropdowns and Master Data¶
Several issues in the “New Employee” dialog have been resolved.
Fixes - duplicate master data is no longer created - cost centers are loaded correctly - dropdown assignments work reliably again
Partial-Day Vacation Requests¶
An issue was fixed where partial-day vacation requests were incorrectly stored as full-day vacations.
User Profiles: Role Display¶
New roles now correctly use the proper display name.
Employee Master Data: Column Selection¶
Issues with column selection and sorting have been resolved.
The configuration now works reliably again.
UI Improvements: Favorites Bar in Operational Planning¶
Saved filters are now displayed more clearly and are easier to identify.
