Improvements

Operational Deployment Planning: Individual Labels in the Quick Booking Bar

  • Custom Tags: Entries can now be given an individual label. If a tag is stored, it will be displayed instead of the previous abbreviation.

  • Direct Editing:  With the gear icon on the right edge of the quick booking bar, the popup opens as before. The label can be conveniently changed or removed using the pencil icon on the right edge of an entry.

Enhancement: Grouping Display in the “Activities” Basic Dialog

Activities can now be clearly structured and displayed by groups.
The grouping improves readability, orientation, and faster comprehension of larger data sets.

New Feature

New dashboard widgets for imported actual times and cost centers

With this release, two new dashboard widgets have been introduced that provide a compact overview of imported actual times from the previous day. The evaluation can be performed either by planning area or by individual workplaces and is displayed clearly as a pie chart.

Operational Deployment Planning: KPIs now available in scenario planning

The key performance indicators (KPIs) in operational deployment planning were previously based solely on the actual (basic) planning.
With this release, the KPIs in the scenario planning are now calculated and displayed with the values from the respective scenario .

Bug Fixes

Operational Deployment Planning: Entry of a Shift via Dispo-Deployment without Indication of the Workplace

It is now no longer possible to book a Dispo-Deployment without specifying a workplace or a shift. In the past, this led to the entry disappearing and the employee having an empty day in the plan. The user is alerted to the missing input by a popup when attempting to save.

Open Requests: Correct Time Determination from Valid Shift Instance in Operational Deployment Planning

A bug has been fixed in operational deployment planning where requests incorrectly adopted time values from the first available shift instance, instead of from the shift instance valid at the planning date. The start and end times are now correctly determined based on the validity period of the shift instance (DateFrom/DateTo). In addition, the determination of shift and absence data has been optimized for performance.

Scenario Planning: Error in Calculation of Needs Fixed

In scenario planning, there were erroneous calculations of needs with the combination of planning area and shift. This malfunction has been fixed.
The needs are now correctly determined and reliably displayed in the planning.

Requests in Operational Deployment Planning are not displayed when combining job change and time restriction

In the view "by deployment workplace" requests were not displayed in certain cases if a job change was present within the application period and at the same time a time restriction (filter) was active. The cause was that due to the filter, there was no longer a planning entry for each day of the request, and therefore the assignment to the workplace failed.
