Operational Deployment Planning: Qualification Icons and Presence Status

In the scheduler settings comprehensive options are now available to individually configure the display of employee data.

New features at a glance:

  • Presence status can be displayed

    • Displayed as a color marking before the employee's name.

    • The basis are – if available – time recording data (recorded or imported timestamps).

    • If no time recording data is available, the status is automatically determined from the shift data .

    • When hovering a tooltip appears with detailed information about the current presence status.

  • Qualification icons can be displayed

    • Icons are displayed behind the employee's name.

    • Prerequisite: The employee has qualifications, which are assigned an icon in the system basics.

    • Ideal for a quick overview of which of the currently scheduled employees have which qualifications.

    • When hovering a tooltip appears with the respective qualification designation.

  • Employee group can be hidden

    • The display of the employee group can be individually deactivated if necessary.

These new options allow for a much more flexible and clearer presentation of the employee list in operational deployment planning.

WFM One: Display of Workplace Color in Operational Deployment Planning

In Operational Deployment Planning, a user can influence the color to be displayed for individual events through their settings. Alternatively, it can be switched to a permanent display of the color of the deployment workplace. This display then influences every selectable view.

Bug Fixes

Staff Master - Shift Group Not Saving

The field Shift Group in the Staff Master did not correctly save entered values in some cases. This malfunction has been fixed.

In this process, the input of the shift group was extended by a self-learning field:
In addition to manual input, there is now a selection list of all shift groups already used by other employees in your own authorization circle available. This facilitates consistent maintenance and reduces incorrect entries.

Demands: Error fixed when changing the type of need

When editing a demand in the system dialog, it could happen that the need became unusable - especially when switching to the activity. This misbehavior has been corrected.

Editing a need, including switching between different types of demands, is now fully possible again.

Operational Deployment Planning: Task division does not work for all-day tasks

The division of tasks did not work for all-day tasks in Operational Deployment Planning as expected. This malfunction has been fixed - division is now also possible for all-day tasks.

Readiness and Activities: Color not correct in PSP and Reports

The foreground and background colors defined in the system dialogs for readiness and activities have so far not been correctly adopted in PSP and reports This problem has been fixed.
All colors adjusted in WFM One in the future will now be correctly and consistently displayed in PSP and in reporting.

Needs (Shift to Planning Areas) are not counted correctly

There was a temporary problem with the counting of needs defined on shifts in planning areas. This has been fixed.
