Improvements¶
Operational Deployment Planning: Individually configurable sorting of staff via the scheduler settings
In Operational Deployment Planning, individuals can now be sorted according to various criteria – Name, First name, Staff number and Shift group.
Each user can in the scheduler settings individually determine which sorting best suits their own working method.
Operational Deployment Planning: Editing a Change - Setting Times [#17940]
When editing shift changes or absence changes (via the context menu or the change list), it is now possible to adjust the time specifications directly.
-
If the shift time is changed, an appropriate change entry "set time" is automatically generated.
-
If the absence time is changed, the absence is automatically converted into a within-day or all-day absence – depending on the type of change.
WFM One: Workplace Stress Management Dialog
The new dialogue enables systematic recording and management of stress factors for different workplaces.
Needs: Full-day Needs for Activities
Needs for activities can now be created not only for sub-day planning, but also for full-day planning. This allows planners who do not work at the lowest level of detail to record needs for activities and thus maintain an overall view of their planning.
Disposition Scheduler – Filters: "Select All" Button
Within each filter category, a "Select All" button has been added to select all visible values with a single click.
Removing the Supervisor Link When Deleting a User
When a user is deleted in WFM One, the system checks if this user is listed as a supervisor for employees and removes this link.
Operational Deployment Planning: Extra Filter also available with read-only access
If a user in Operational Deployment Planning only has read access, they can now still use the Extra Filter 'Show Same'.
Dashboard: Role Permissions per Widget
It is now possible to control access to individual widgets via role permissions. This allows for even better customization and adaptation of the dashboard, while simultaneously taking into account data protection concerns.
If widgets suddenly disappear from the dashboard after the update, which you should be entitled to, please feel free to contact your administrator or support. They can immediately reactivate you for the affected widgets.
Bug Fixes¶
Qualification Needs - Planning Area & Shift Type: Depositors and Processors are not displayed
Now, in the Qualification Needs - Planning Area & Shift Type dialog, the usernames of the users who created or last edited the entry are displayed in the corresponding fields. These were also previously recorded, just not displayed.
Operational Deployment Planning: Refresh Problem with On-Call Filter
If the filter for on-call duties was used and then an entry was made or deleted, the on-call filter was ignored in the subsequent update. Only when 'Apply filter' was used again was it taken into account.
This behavior has been corrected and the on-call filter is always considered.
Operational Deployment Planning: Problems with Publishing Scenarios
If no vacation entitlement was stored for a person, under certain circumstances the planning (e.g. when publishing scenarios or trainings) could not be fully completed. This problem has been fixed - the planning is now correctly executed even if no vacation entitlement is stored in the system for a person.
Operational Deployment Planning: Activities cannot be selected in the planning popup
Activities could not be selected in the planning popup. They were visually available, but disappeared when clicked. This issue has been resolved and activities can be scheduled as usual via the popup.
Bookings via the quick booking bar were not affected.
Operational Deployment Planning: Summation of intraday needs does not work
Intraday needs on the same shift/shift type/activity, but with different start or end times, were not correctly summed up and displayed in separate lines so far. This behavior has been corrected - the intraday needs are now summarized as expected and correctly summed up.
Role Permissions - Individual Permissions (Create/Edit/Delete) cannot be edited
WFM One role management, individual permissions (Create, Edit, Delete) could not be edited for roles. This issue has been resolved
Dashboard: Black text on tiles for shift types partially not visible
The dashboard tiles for the shift types (e.g. early shift, late shift, night shift) derive their background color from the basic data of the shift types. However, if a dark color is stored there, typically for late or night shifts, the black text can no longer be read. Now a check is made on the background color and if it is too dark, the text is now displayed in white.
Note on standby is not included in the planning
In the planning, notes on standby changes are now also included in the planning.
Dashboard: Linking in Open Deployment Requests Tile Not Working
The link from the Open Deployment Requests tile to the Absence Requests dialog has been corrected. Now, it is again directly navigable from the tile to the dialog via a double click.
Absence Requests - Rule Violation Display for Two Requests in the Same Period
If a person applying has two requests during the same period, the rule violations will now be displayed specific to each request.
