Improvements¶
New Feature: Vacation Account Details in Employee Data
New Feature: Vacation Account Details in Employee Data. You can now view detailed change entries for the Vacation Account directly within the Vacation tab.
Enhancement: Edit, Add, and Remove Entries in the Vacation Account.
The Vacation Account details view has been enhanced: In addition to viewing change entries, users can now edit, add, or remove them directly.
Requirements: User profiles now apply in the definition dialogue
In the system dialogue for defining requirements, user profiles now apply. Users can only view and edit requirements that are assigned to workplaces or planning areas within their own user profile.
This increases data security and at the same time provides a better overview - especially for clients with a large number of requirements.
Selection of Organizational Unit in Employee Master Data
Improved search in the "Organizational Unit" dropdown in the Employee Master Data.
Operational deployment planning: Prevent duplicate entries
The planning function has been expanded to include a check for duplicates when saving. If an identical entry (same person, date, time, assignment) is already found in the system, the new entry will not be saved. In this case, the user will be informed via a corresponding message in the dialog box.
Bug Fixes¶
Dashboard tile "Open Deployment Requests" always showed number 0
The dashboard tile now shows the correct number of Open Deployment Requests
Operational Deployment Planning: Job Change in Scenario View by Organizational Unit
If a job change was entered in the scenario view by organizational unit, it was displayed as if one were in the deployment job view. This incorrect behavior has been corrected.
User management: Error when sending mail
If the activation email failed to send, the entire user was not saved. This behavior has been adjusted—the user is now created correctly and can be used as usual, even if the activation email fails to send.
Training management: Trainings with links cannot be published
A bug has been fixed that could cause the publication of training sessions with stored links (either directly in the training session or in individual appointments) to fail. In some cases, the problem resulted in the entire training session being locked and no further editing being possible.
The behavior has been corrected—training sessions with and without links can now be published as usual again.
Employee Management: Display error for qualification priority
It could happen that the priority was not displayed in employee qualifications. This behavior has been corrected.
Operational Deployment Planning / Self Service: Deleting change entries that arise from requests does not delete the underlying request
If an already approved request was deleted in the Operational Deployment Planning, it was not correctly marked as rejected in Self Service. This not only caused confusion in the overview, but also prevented new requests from being made during that period, as it was still blocked by the original request.
Operational deployment planning: Requests submitted by employees can be deleted by the planner.
Planners can no longer delete employee requests directly in Operational Resource Planning. Requests made by employees can now only be accepted or rejected, so that employees receive appropriate feedback in Self Service.Requests created by the planner themselves can still be deleted as usual.
