Add Needs Directly in the Operational Deployment Planning

It is now possible to adjust existing needs directly in the operational deployment planning. For this, the edit icon can be clicked on the needs. An entry here creates an entry equivalent to needs created in the system dialog and is accordingly offset against the already existing need entries.

New base dialog "System Mappings"

The dialog is used to manage system mappings. External information (e.g. from interfaces) is linked to internal objects.

  • Functions: Add, Edit, Delete, and Export (Excel/PDF)

Role Dialog: Security Prompt and Save

Role dialog permission editing: Now with an info message reminding the user to press the "Update" button before saving.

Role Dialog: Assign Permissions - Permission Editing

Role dialog: Create roles, edit role names and default assignment, as well as delete selected roles.

New Feature

Display Login via URL Parameter

In relation to the displays used, it is now possible in protected networks (only for Single-Tenant-Platform) to configure a display in such a way that no login is required on the end device. The access data is passed in the URL as a parameter.

Key figures in absence workflow now also 2-tier

If the absence workflow is used in combination with the supervisor function, you can now output the key figures including the employees of the 2nd level via a setting. Thus, the key figures also count the employees for whom I am stored as a supervisor are supervisors.

Operational Deployment Planning: Copying in Scenario Possible Again

There was a problem that prevented the context menu from opening when copying in the scenario. This issue has been resolved.

Operational Deployment Planning - Hiding of Absences / Standbys does not work when there is a presence on the same day

If the corresponding display options are selected, absences and standbys are now correctly hidden, even if a presence is registered on the same day.
